Summer

I have let Summer catch up to me. To the point it's hard to believe in little over a month the kids will be back in school. The question then should be, where did summer go.

In the next few days, hopefully tomorrow I will catch everyone up. No quarentee considering my sister graduates nursing school.

Come back to find out what we have done and haven't done the past month.

See you guys soon.

Love,

Diedra

Pricing for Tires

Last August 2014, I bought brand new tires for my car. Talking $568 worth of tires, reminding you these tired aren't even a year old. Since purchasing such high dollar amount of tires that my front alignment was free. I also purchase a protection plan.   My complaint isn't spending that much on 4 brand new tires.

Here's my complaint: they failed to do their job!!!

The tires aren't even a year old and I spent all that money for MRE tires, but one tire on the passenger front size has balded. The front driver side has started to as well. Eight months after purchasing four brand new tires, now I am going to have to replace two. The manager guy point blank admitted to me that they did not align it like they were suppose to. Since they failed to do their job its my fault because I didn't have my tires rotated.  They also failed to tell me that their protection plan cancels out if you are in hit at 6000 miles to rotate your tires.

My Issue:

Two brand new tires with lifertime alignment and protection plan is going to cost me at this place $401. Why on earth would I pay damn near for four tires for only two tires? There's no way. Would you pay that for two tires?

Well needless to say they also lost my business that day for the fact that I was arguing the fact they didn't do their job and now I'm having to replace two tires that aren't even a year old. They more less told me that all I was doing is trying to get two new tires for free. When in reality I only went in there to get one fixed they found out it was two that needed fixing.  Also, I told them that I do have two small children who are in the car with me all the time. That if I had a blow out and my kids got hurt or even LORD forbid get killed. The manager told me that people have blow outs every day. It isn't their fault or business.  As stated above they don't tell ya the fine print well the print that was not there. However,  I learned my lesson I will never pay extra for a protection plan that they themselves won't back up!
