5 minutes, The Clock Strikes Midnight!!

It's way past my bed time and before I head to dreamland. I want to right a short post on.....

9/11/2001...The day the world stop spinning.  The day that thousands of people said their last goodbyes to those they love the most. A day that no one dreamed of it ever happening but it did. Two planes rammed into the twin towers as a terrorist act. This day will never be forgotten, by our whole nation. We lost a little bit of everyone but that was the beginning the US began to fall apart. To those that gave their life to save another. Those that went to work not knowing it would be their last. Every year is another year of honoring those fallen as well as remembrance of what happened on that September day.

I remember sitting in Geometry (my least favorite class) we were happy to see the black TV stand until she turned the news on. Then everyone's hearts began to sadden and a lot of tears to shed. To now 15 years later after living through this happening to now my kids will learn about in their history books as a United Stated historical event.

Again, yesterday as many years to come we will remember what happen on nine-eleven.

Much love,
Diedra

Little Mid Year Life Update

From my previous post a few weeks ago, "What Time Is It?", you may already know we were preparing for school to start back in little over a week. Yes, it has already started back, the kids have been in session since August 11th. Anyone that has been following my blog for a while knows that during the fall (all season long) we are jammed pack with EVERYTHING. Between fall sports, birthdays, upcoming holidays. Life seems to go by pretty darn fast.  The past few weeks already have been extremely crazy as it is. This year all the activities starting with birthdays seemed to have started early. August first was Mr. Iain, 2nd, birthday.

Then a week after that we had Ryleigh's annual eye doctor appointment up north. Her visions I will correct if I am wrong but believe it has gotten better in one eye and slight worse in the other. However, her vision itself, isn't like mine. I am blind as a bat without glasses with an astigmatism. Ryleigh can see just fine but has an astigmatism. Throughout the trip we had a wonderful time as usual minus the fact that I have been having back issues. That's a whole other blog post. But Nana has kept the tradition alive and bought her babies build a Bears. That's not the best part. We walked in to build a bear. Brayden picked out a "Batman Bear" which that's the name he gave him but on certain bears/animals they were having a special. Buy one get one free. I kid you not.

The day we got back from our destination was the day before school started. Yes School started early this year.

I feel so bad because I absolutely thought this posted two weeks ago when I wrote it. But yes, the time of year has come we are going into Fall!  My favorite time of year yes, I LOVE FALL!

BUT HOPEFULLY THIS TIME IT POST! :)

Love always guys!
